Baseline again...

Crossfit did baseline again this morning.

500 M row
40 squats
30 situps
20 pushups
10 pullups

1st time 7:52
2nd time 6:54
Today 6:16

It feels good to make progress. I'm stronger and more fit and it feels good...

  1. If you can do ONE pull-up, I'm thoroughly impressed! It would take me all 7 minutes to try to do one. That is SO awesome!
